An importer must determine whether any Trade Agreements is applied when a new product is sourced and then solicit the suppliers to obtain product information and certificate of origin that meet the requirements of the particular agreement. An exporter must provide certificates to the buyer by qualifying their goods as to where the item was grown or manufactured and that it is eligible for a preferential treatment under the respective Trade Agreements.

GTKonnect provided us a solution that fitted perfectly in our business environment and processes. GTKonnect ISF 10+2 solution gives us exactly what we need to meet with the new CBP regulation in addition to being easy and reliable to use.
